For customers

1. Browse freely. Explore categories, shops, products and services without creating an account.
2. Create a verified account. Registration and email verification are required before ordering, requesting a service, reviewing or chatting.
3. Use Cloudorn transaction tools. Add products from one shop to the cart, place a cash-on-delivery order, or submit a service request.
4. Track progress. View order and service-request statuses from your dashboard.
5. Share verified feedback. A completed order or service request may qualify for one verified shop review.

For Shop Owners

1. Create a shop. Provide accurate business, contact, category and location information.
2. Wait for approval. Cloudorn administration reviews the shop before it becomes publicly visible.
3. Publish products and services. Add prices, stock, images, service modes, hours and delivery settings within plan limits.
4. Manage transactions. Process orders and service requests using the owner dashboard.
5. Build reputation. Respond professionally to verified reviews and resolve customer concerns.

Cloudorn administration

• Reviews shop applications and account status.
• Manages subscriptions, renewal requests and grace periods.
• Moderates reviews and investigates private reports.
• Maintains marketplace rules, security controls and operational records.
• Does not read temporary chat transcripts because closed and expired chats are deleted.
