1. Cloudorn operator
Cloudorn is currently operated by Kashif Zareef. The Cloudorn website at cloudorn.com, its marketplace administration and the Cloudorn service are operated under the Cloudorn name by this individual operator.
2. Current legal status
Cloudorn is currently operated as an individual/freelancer activity and is not presently represented as a private limited company, partnership or formally registered sole proprietorship. If Cloudorn adopts a different registered legal structure in the future, this statement and other relevant business information will be updated accordingly.
3. Platform and brand control
The Cloudorn name, website, marketplace software, administrative systems and original Cloudorn-created website materials are operated and controlled by the Cloudorn operator, subject to any rights held by third-party licensors or service providers. This statement does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, licensed technology or content supplied by Cloudorn users.
4. Shop Owner and user content
Independent Shop Owners remain responsible for the businesses, products, listings, services, prices, fulfilment information and other business content they submit to Cloudorn. Users retain ownership of content they submit, subject to the limited permissions described in the Terms of Service that allow Cloudorn to host, display, secure and operate the marketplace.
5. Independent marketplace businesses
A shop page on Cloudorn does not mean that Cloudorn owns, employs, controls or operates that Shop Owner’s independent business. Unless expressly stated, Cloudorn is not the seller or service provider for products and services offered by independent Shop Owners.
6. Cloudorn subscription payments
Payments made for Cloudorn paid subscription plans are payments for access to Cloudorn’s own platform plan features and capacities. When Safepay checkout is available, Safepay acts as the payment service provider for that Cloudorn subscription payment. This is separate from product or service payments arranged between Customers and independent Shop Owners.

Questions about the ownership or operation of Cloudorn may be sent to admin@cloudorn.com. Cloudorn will update this statement if its operator or legal business structure materially changes.
