How paid plans work

Cloudorn does not automatically charge a payment method. A Shop Owner submits a paid-plan request and payment reference, and Cloudorn administration verifies and approves it before paid capacity becomes active.

Permanent Free and protected paid time

Free does not expire. Early renewal or upgrade protects already-recorded future paid time. After a paid period ends, paid features remain active during the 3-day grace period before the shop returns to Permanent Free.

Your existing business data stays protected

Plan changes do not automatically delete existing shop, Retail Counter or Customer Management records. Lower capacity limits restrict new growth while existing data remains available according to the applicable tool lifecycle.

Free is a permanent entry plan. Product 50, Product 75 and Product 100 are annual paid plans for approved operational shops. Retail Counter and Customer Management are private business tools available with eligible paid plans according to shop business type. Plan limits, prices, descriptions and availability may be updated for future subscription periods. Applicable taxes, transfer charges or local payment costs remain the responsibility of the paying party unless Cloudorn states otherwise.
