How paid plan changes work

Cloudorn does not automatically charge a payment method. A Shop Owner submits a paid-plan request and payment reference, and Cloudorn administration verifies and approves it before paid capacity becomes active.

Permanent Free and protected paid time

The Free plan does not expire. When an owner renews or upgrades an active paid subscription early, Cloudorn protects the future paid time already recorded and adds the approved paid duration according to the subscription lifecycle.

Free is a permanent entry plan. Product 50, Product 75 and Product 100 are annual paid plans for approved operational shops. Paid capacity upgrades are upward-only. Plan limits, prices, descriptions and availability may be updated for future subscription periods. Applicable taxes, transfer charges or local payment costs remain the responsibility of the paying party unless Cloudorn states otherwise.
