1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use Cloudorn for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep it current and protect your password. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Cloudorn may require email or phone verification and may invalidate active sessions after security-sensitive changes.
3. Cloudorn’s marketplace role
Cloudorn provides technology for discovery, shop pages, listings, orders, service requests, temporary chat, verified reviews, reporting and administration. Independent Shop Owners determine their products, services, prices, stock, delivery, fulfilment and legal obligations. Unless expressly stated, Cloudorn is not the seller, service provider, courier, insurer, employer, agent or payment processor.
4. Shop approval and operation
Creating an account does not guarantee shop approval. Cloudorn may approve, reject, suspend, hide or require changes to a shop for safety, accuracy, capacity, policy or legal reasons. Shop Owners must follow the Seller Guidelines and maintain accurate business information.
5. Products, orders and cash on delivery
Customers place product orders through Cloudorn’s cart and checkout. V1 uses cash on delivery; Cloudorn does not collect online card payments. An order records the customer’s request but does not guarantee acceptance, stock, delivery time or successful fulfilment. The Shop Owner and Customer are responsible for confirming the goods, amount, delivery and payment at fulfilment.
6. Services and service requests
Service descriptions and prices may be fixed, starting or quoted amounts. A service request is not completed merely because it is accepted. Verified review eligibility begins only after the Shop Owner marks the service completed. Customers and Shop Owners remain responsible for scope, access, safety, licences and payment arrangements.
7. Temporary chat
Chat is a temporary communication feature, not an order or payment channel. Messages are deleted when the chat closes or expires and may not be recoverable. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, complete payment credentials, identity documents or other sensitive information. Cloudorn does not provide permanent chat history or guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messages.
8. Reviews, responses and reports
Cloudorn may permit one verified shop review per qualifying completed order or service request. Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Shop Owner responses must be professional. Reports are private submissions for moderation and must not be false, abusive or retaliatory. Cloudorn may hide, restore, edit status metadata or retain moderation records.
9. Subscriptions, expiry and cleanup
The standard Free Trial is 90 days. The current Cloudorn Yearly plan is USD 1 for 365 days, subject to plan availability and administrative approval. V1 does not automatically renew or charge a saved payment method. After subscription expiry, the shop may be hidden and new activity blocked. A 30-day grace period permits renewal. After grace ends, Cloudorn may permanently delete operational shop data while retaining transaction, review, report, moderation, security and audit records where reasonably necessary.
10. User content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Cloudorn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote and improve the marketplace. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.
11. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Cloudorn for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity; unauthorized access; malware; spam; impersonation; manipulation of reviews or reports; sale of prohibited goods; infringement of intellectual-property rights; scraping that harms service availability; or attempts to bypass account, subscription, security or rate-limit controls.
12. Suspension and termination
Cloudorn may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, shops, listings or features where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate violations, comply with law, manage capacity or secure the platform. Where appropriate, users may contact Cloudorn for review. Some records may be retained after termination for transactions, disputes, safety, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
13. Service availability and changes
Cloudorn is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, experience interruptions or be limited by hosting, maintenance, security or third-party services. Cloudorn may update these Terms and will publish the revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cloudorn disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for independent Shop Owner conduct, product quality, service results, delivery failure, off-platform arrangements, user content or losses that are indirect, incidental, special or consequential. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Cloudorn and its operator against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, listings, fulfilment, content, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply in a user’s jurisdiction. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through Cloudorn support. Subject to applicable law, unresolved disputes will be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.
